Resolution of the Head of the Government of the Republic of Karelia

On the premium "Sampo" of the Head of the Government
of the Republic of Karelia to the figures of the literature and art
for achievements in the field of professional skills

With a view of support of the creative unions and creation of necessary conditions for preservation and development of creative potential of the Republic of Karelia I resolve:

  1. To found 5 premiums of the Head of the Government of the Republic of Karelia at the rate of 50 (fifty) minimal wages each to the members and activists of the republican creative unions of writers, composers, artists, theatrical figures for achievements in the field of professional skills.
  2. To ratify Regulations about of the premium "Sampo" of the Head of the Government of the Republic of Karelia.
  3. To ratify the structure of the commission on award of the premium "Sampo" of the Head of the Government of the Republic of Karelia.
  4. The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Karelia, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Karelia should provide for the means for payment of the specified premium due to the means of the republican budget since 1999.
